Helping to build North Central Arkansas for over 30 years, Dwane started building homes in Fairfield Bay in the early 70's. The majority of his homes are in Fairfield Bay and on Greers Ferry Lake. He has also built homes in Heber Springs, Greers Ferry, Clinton, Shirley, Bee Branch, Greenbrier, Quitman, Dennard, Welcome Home, Center Ridge and other Greers Ferry lake surrounding communities.

Dwane has always built his homes with the utmost quality and craftsmanship. His vast knowledge of the building industry helps to play a major part in his success, along with his superior quality and attention to detail. Dwane's knowledge of building and manpower gives him the ability to find good quality sub-contractors, which is the key to a quality built home.

Now meet the other half of the business, Dwane's son Cassidy.

Ever since he could walk and carry a hammer, Cassidy has always known that he wanted to be a builder. "Dad has always said he was not just building houses, but a future for all of us". Building is in Cassidy's blood and will always be. Cassidy is a new generation of home builders and it comes natural to him. Working together with his dad and learning his craft is a way of life.

Cassidy knows he brings a lot of himself to the business. He helps the business grow by keeping up with the newest in the world of technology; including the internet and the latest software. Cassidy knows what young couples are looking for in housing; more entertaining space, more technology and a lot of other options for their homes.

Cassidy also believes that he brings a sense of understanding about our natural state. He is a sportsman and enjoys all Arkansas has to offer in the great outdoors. Cassidy enjoys building houses in the hills, valleys, cliffs and lakes, or wherever the homeowner wishes to seek out nature. Cassidy believes that half the fun of where you live is getting there.
